HOW TO PLAY

SpellChained is an RPG with combat that only uses one button!

Pressing the button deals a physical, single strike. Pressing again with precise timing will deal a follow-up strike.

Holding down the button will charge a magical attack that deals high damage.

And, finally, a precise button press before an enemy hit will trigger a block, negating damage.

All combat actions are performed in real-time. Enemies will periodically attack, so choosing when to use different moves is key to victory!

If your health drops to zero, you die, and have to restart from the beginning of the battle. If the enemy's health drops to zero, you win!

This prototype is a boss fight against a test enemy; The Cube God.
